A Reiki session usually lasts 1 1/2 hours. It can be very relaxing helping to melt away the stress or we can work on particular issues. We can open the Chakras which are our energy centers and each center is tied to different internal organs and parts of body.

If these parts become blocked by a traumatic event , unresolved negative emotions, (either conscious  or 

subconscious) There even may be  generational issues that  may alter DNA over time over time and  may have been passed down causing  physical issues in the body.

Using the naturally occurring energy in your body,  those block may be released and allow your body to heal itself .
