Energy healing is beautiful and simple. Our bodies have a built in energy field, some may even call it a spirit. When that subtle energy gets blocked it can be damaging to our heart, mind body and soul. We may feel sick or very down on ourselves and others.  Energy Healing is recognized as valuable way of releasing these blocks, a way of moving forward as we release blocked energy and limiting beliefs to our higher being. Some blocks may be a trapped emotions, generational issues passed down to us, a lack of understanding on our part or may be an issue buried in our subconscious, It may even be words that we have felt wounded by in the past that we have taken to heart and now have we have an internal belief about ourselves because of these words, or even an experience that to us was traumatic.
